I am a graduate of the Institute for Life Coach Training, an ICF-accredited coach training program. I have also taken coaching classes at the Hudson Institute and Career Coach Academy.

I have a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Washington; an MA from Southern Illinois University and a BA from Seattle University.
