I am a graduate of the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT). The Institute trains experienced mental health professionals in life coaching practices. The Institute is affiliated with and accredited by the International Coaching Federation  (ICF) to which I belong. I am also a certified ICF coach.

I hold a license in psychology in the District of Columbia and have

worked in mental health with adults, children and families. I was Director of Training for American Public Power Association in Washington, D.C. and spent ten years as a trainer and facilitator for managers and executives in corporate and not-for-profit settings.
